Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Things change. Scale is known to ebb and flow. Your plan with ThriveTracker is prepared to help you with these instances. Do you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan?
Submit a support ticket (or speak directly with your account manager) and we will get it handled right away.
Let us know which plan you want to change to. Our stock plan information can be found on our website, but if you need a custom plan, we're ready to handle that as well.
Need a break from tracking?
Set your account in Storage Mode. While this is not a setup suitable for handling click tracking,
it is a great way to keep all the data from all of your clicks tracked during your time with us.
Storage Mode as a way to preserve your existing data at a reduced monthly rate during times in which you have a much lowered or non-existing volume.
Storage Mode is $99/mo, and would take effect on your next billing cycle and onward should you choose to proceed.
Once you're ready to start up traffic again, you would let us know and we'd restore your install to one of our regular plans.
