There are 2 different types of data stored in Thrive:
- Raw Form Data
- Aggregated Data
Raw Form Data refers to data in its most detailed and raw form. This would be areas such as your click and conversion log and any drill-down reports that are dependent on that data. This is extremely detailed data about every single click and conversion that comes into Thrive. While this is helpful for analyzing, it's also inefficient to store for long periods of time. This data is kept in your account for the current month + 3 months prior.
If you would like us to increase Raw Data to 6 months, please submit a support ticket to find out the rate for doing so.
Aggregated data refers to the overall campaign stats. This includes clicks, conversions, conversion rate, cost, revenue, etc... Your aggregated reports are going to be the reports available to you on the campaigns tab, offer tab, landing page tab. This data is kept for the life of your account. You have the ability to view these reports from the date of account creation up to the current point in time.
