How to Change Your Domain or Add an Additional Domain

If you need to change your domain or add any additional domains, please submit a new ticket here.

In the ticket, please include the domain you wish to add and if it will be replacing your current existing domain or if it will be an add-on domain. 

Please note that this domain has to be solely dedicated to your Thrive install (you cannot use it to serve your landing pages and/or other content).

If this will be an additional domain, please refer to this page to see how many domains are included in your current plan and the price for any domains past that limit.

As soon as you send over the new domain, our team can help get the process started and will send over the name server information for you to set on your end so that you can use the new domain.

Also, best practice has always been to use a consistent domain throughout a single flow (all links and pixels).

Please note that if you will be using a sub-domain that the sub-domain must have the ability to accept 4 nameservers.
