Thrive's Postback Isn't Firing
If your postback is not firing and tracking conversions, there are a few things you will want to check.
First, please make sure that you did not alter the postback in any way other than adding in tokens to our provided parameters.
Postbacks require a unique clickID (aka subID in Thrive) in order to properly track. Please make sure you have placed the token provided by your network in the &subid= parameter of the postback.
You also need to add {subid} to your offer URL in the corresponding parameter where your network can accept the subid/clickid.
Some examples of common tracking platforms can be found here:

Finally, please make sure that if you choose to fill in the offerid= parameter of the postback (not required unless you are tracking upsells using our Method 2), that is is a Thrive offer ID. Please do not place your networks offer IDs in this spot.
Thrive's Iframe or Image Pixel Isn't Firing
If your Thrive iframe or image pixel is not firing, please check the below.
Is your page https? If so, you will need to be using a secure (https) iframe or image pixel. A secure page will not load non-secure pixels. In order to use secure links and pixels, you will need SSL installed on your domain. More information on SSL can be found here:

https://support.thrivetracker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001837027-SSL-Information-Self-Hosted-Users
Next, please make sure that you have the pixel placed either in another tracking platform or within the body of your source code itself.
Make sure that if you choose to fill in the offerid= parameter of the postback (not required unless you are tracking upsells using our Method 2), that is is a Thrive offer ID. Please do not place your networks offer IDs in this spot.
Lastly, please double check that your network can accept iframe or image pixels. They normally have a pixel of their own in place, which ours piggybacks off of. If it happens to be a postback, that will limit you to using Thrive's postback with them and could be the reason your pixel is not firing.
