Facebook API Integration

Integrating ThriveTracker and Facebook accounts enables Thrive to piggyback conversions to FB with payout, currency, and event name information.

SET UP INTEGRATION

In order to integrate, do the following steps:

1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/ to create pixel ID and token.
   First, select Event Manager.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on a plus sign to Connect Data Sources.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select "Web" New Data Source then click "Connect".
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select "Conversion API" then click "Connect".
   
   
   
   
   
5. Enter name for your pixel then click "Continue".
   
   
   
   
   
6. Copy and save your pixel id.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click here to generate token.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Copy and save your pixel token.
   
   
   
   
   
9. Go to https://cloud.thrivetracker.com/#/tracking/pixel to integrate Facebook conversion API.
   
   
   

To send conversions to Facebook you must send one of Facebook events with your postback URL. You can find all available events here.

Your Facebook account has been integrated with ThriveTracker.

Example postback

In this case, Thrive will register conversion with click id "6qweasdzxc12" and send information to Facebook with payout, currency, and event name.
