Thrive automatically runs a recalculation once at the end of each day to correct any discrepancies in the previous day's aggregated campaign stats.
You should see the correct updated amounts in your Click/Conversion log, but we recommend that you check the aggregated data in reports the next day. A recalculation has to be run at midnight because it's inefficient to recalculate data that is currently incoming. If you take a look at your campaign that you performed the manual subID update for, on the next day, it should reflect accurately.
