There are 2 different types of data stored in Thrive:
- Raw Form Data
- Aggregated Data
Raw Form Data
This data is in its most detailed form, including click and conversion logs and drill-down reports that depend on this data. It provides granular information about every single click and conversion received. Raw Form Data is essential for processing new conversions as they arrive. While useful for in-depth analysis, storing this data long-term is inefficient. By default, Raw Data is retained in your account for the current month plus the previous three months.
If you would like to extend the Raw Data retention period, please contact support.
Aggregated Data
This data contains campaign statistics and detailed information, including browser, OS, city, region, country, referrer, IP, and traffic network parameters. Aggregated reports are accessible on the campaigns, offers, and landing pages tabs. Aggregated data is saved for two years, except for IP-aggregated data, which is saved for one year.
