You may get this message for a few different reasons. Please check the below:
- You did not set a default offer with the landing page. If you edit your landing page in Thrive, you will see a spot to add in a Default offer. This is so Thrive has an offer to send the click through to if someone reaches your lander directly.
- You do not have an offer assigned under your lander in your campaign rotation.
- If sending traffic direct to the landing page, make sure the URL you are sending that traffic to matches EXACTLY to what is set up in Thrive. If it does not match, Thrive won't recognize where to send the click to.
- Your landing page is secure, but your LP pixel and out.php links are non-secure. If you are using a secure page, you will need to use a secure LP pixel and secure out.php click through links. In order to use these, you will need SSL set up on your domain (see our SSL article for further assistance).
